- Organic Yeast50 g
- Soybean oil1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Warm water21/2 cup
- In a container, put the warm water and mix the yeast.
- Put the mixture in a blender and add the sugar, oil, egg and salt. Beat everything for a few minutes.
- After hitting the blender, put the mixture in a large container.
- Gradually add the flour and with your hands, mix everything together.
- Add enough flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour to allow it to rise.
- After rising, divide the dough into small pieces.
- With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and roll the buns.
- After resting, take the buns to bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
