- Milk or water300 ml
- Dissolve the yeast, sugar, egg, oil in the milk at room temperature... let it rest for 10 minutes.. After adding a part of the flour with the salt....you mix it with a spoon... add flour little by little and keep mixing.... ..the secret of fluffy bread is the beating... Knead for about 15 minutes... then let the dough rest until it doubles in size... usually 2 to 3 hours.. When the growth is finished, place the dough on a bench and remove the air... divide it into 6 equal parts... open the dough and fill it to taste... I made it with ham and mozzarella.. you can model it your way. ..with or without stuffing....the dough is the basic one....you make so much sweet bread How much salty... After modeling let it rest again until it doubles in size... After brushing egg yolk, sprinkle cheese or oregano and bake until golden!! This bread is wonderful!!! Enjoy your food!!
