- Wheat Flour250 g
- Water60 ml
- Biological Yeast5 g
- Soybean oil20 ml
- Salt3 g
- Sugar5 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth. I let it rest for 30 minutes. And do 3 folds 30 minutes apart. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size
- Remove the air and form the dough, place it in an English cake mold, let it ferment for another 40 minutes (yes, be patient) but it will work!
- Preheat the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Golden on the outside, and fluffy on the inside.
