- warm milk400 ml

- Oil1/2 cup
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Wheat flour500 g
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients (except the wheat flour), in a bowl add the wheat flour, then put the blender mixture and mix well with the help of a spoon. After mixing, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes (I leave it in the oven, turned off...) The oven helps to speed up the fermentation process. After 30 minutes the dough will double in size, in a greased pan (here I used only butter, but you can also add wheat flour if you prefer) pour the dough into the pan and take it back to the oven off and let the dough rise for about of another 60 minutes it will grow a lot. Then take it to the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
