- Filling: (to taste) Ingredients: 400gr of seasoned chicken fillet, cooked and shredded (to taste) Green olive 200gr grated mozzarella 250g Cream cheese Mix all ingredients and set aside.
- Preparation mode: Hit the blender for about 1 minute 👉 the milk 👉 the egg and the yeast (Reserve) 👉 In a bowl, put the wheat flour 👉 the sugar 👉 the salt 👉 mix well 👉 gradually add the whipped cream from the blender 👉 with the help of a spatula mix well 👉 place a part of the dough in a greased and sprinkled with wheat flour 👉 add the stuffing 👉 the rest of the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume 👉 brush yolk 👉 take it to the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until it bakes.
