- First you will take 20g of dry yeast and add it to a large bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar, four tablespoons of oil, and a cup of warm milk. But it's lukewarm, not hot and not boiling... Lol Mix and let it act for about 15 minutes. This will activate the yeast.
- Then add two whole eggs and salt to taste. I added dehydrated parsley as well. After that, just add wheat flour until it unglued from your hand. Here it was three cups and a little... Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and let it rise for 30, 40 in the oven off. After it grows, open it on a bench or table and fill it like a roll.
- Let's fill. I used cooked and shredded chicken in the pressure cooker and cheese, but you can add whatever stuffing you want. Place in a greased and infarinhada form to bake in medium fire until golden. Here at home it was an average of 30 minutes. Don't forget to brush an egg yolk on top. You can sprinkle with sesame, chia, or grated cheese. It looks divine.
