- Wheat flour400 g
- Water270 ml
- Chorizo140 g
- Salt15 g
- Organic Yeast4 g
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast, adding the water then kneading the dough for one to two minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle the dough with flour, folding it at least 3 times, filling it with the chorizo (we use chorizas from the high edge)
- Pre heat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and bake for 30 minutes.
