- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Fresh coriander1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream500 ml
- cherry tomato200 g
- Palm200 g
- Peas200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Bread: Mix the wheat flour, a spoon of sugar and the dry yeast. Add water little by little and stir until you get a point and work the dough. Place to rise in a container, reserving a small ball of dough in a glass of water. As soon as the ball rises in the glass, add salt and work the dough again, now giving the desired shape to the bread. Place on the baking sheet and wait for it to rise again. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes, lowering to 120° as soon as the bread rises. Wait for it to finish baking, take it out and set it aside.
- salad Add the cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm, peas, red onion and chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon to taste and set aside.
- whipped cream Take the fresh cream to a mixer and beat until it forms a whipped cream. Add salt, white pepper and chopped cilantro to taste, stirring lightly.
- Serve the bread, salad and whipped cream. Enjoy your food!
