- Chopped Boiled Cassava2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Salt (pinch)1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- 1/5 cup sugar1 cup
- Milk powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, cassava, salt, milk, powdered milk and butter;
- Transfer the dough to the mixer or a bowl. Add flour and beat until smooth, finally add the chemical yeast and mix well.
- Grease a tray and pour the dough into it.
- Add Parmesan cheese as much as you like on top of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the desired color is reached. The time in the oven varies according to the power of the oven.
- Serve with a delicious fresh coffee ;-)
