- Wheat Flour1/2 kg
- Chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Olive oil or butter1/2 cup
- Spices to taste
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Oil for frying1/2 can(s)
- Put the chicken cut into cubes to cook in the pressure cooker with the seasonings of your choice for approximately 25 minutes.
- Defund the chicken and book.
- Bring the chicken cooking water back to a boil with the oil or butter.
- After lifting boil, turn off the fire and add the wheat flour at once.
- Wait for the dough to warm up and knead it until it easily releases from your hands. If necessary, add more flour or oil.
- Open discs of stuffed dough and model in the shape of a coxinha.
- Dip in water at room temperature and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
