- Salt to taste
- Bring the milk to a boil, bring to a boil, remove a small amount of milk and set aside. Add the 3 tablespoons of vinegar to the milk and stir to mix, let it rest for 5 minutes for the milk to curdle. After the curdled milk, pass it through a sieve or dish towel. Add all the ingredients to the blender, including the little milk that was reserved, beat well until everything is homogeneous. Take the fridge and keep it always refrigerated.
