- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk to taste
- Put the milk in a milk jug and bring to a boil, when the milk is boiled, turn off the heat and add the vinegar, mix well. Let the milk curdle well.
- Pass the curdled milk through a fine sieve or on a dish towel, you have to remove all the whey and only the cheese remains. Transfer the cheese to the blender, add the butter and beat. Always passing the spoon to mix well.
- You can add a few tablespoons of milk to make the curd cheese and make it creamy. Before serving, leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
