- Oat flakes2 cup
- Cane molasses3 tablespoon
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Sliced Coconut1 cup
- Chopped Almonds1 cup
- Pumpkin seed1 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Preheat the oven to 175°.
- In a form, mix the oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of molasses, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Place in the oven for 15 min.
- Remove the mixture from the oven and add the coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, plus 1 tablespoon of molasses and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Mix well and return to the oven. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the granola (especially the coconut) is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and wait to cool completely. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid.
