- Recipe
- Coarse flaked oats (1 cup and a half)1.5 cup
- Sugar-free corn flakes (1 and a half cups)1.5 cup
- Coarse shredded coconut1/2 cup
- Assorted chestnuts1 cup
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Sesame2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Honey1/3 cup
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the raisins!
- Line a large pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Spread the mixture into the pan in a thin layer, bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir with a spoon, spread again and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir in the raisins and let cool.
- When completely cool, store in a well-sealed container. Do not keep it hot or warm, otherwise it will wither!
