- Oat flakes3 cup
- Nuts1/2 cup
- Almonds1/2 cup
- Sunflower seeds1/2 cup
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seeds1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Honey1/2 cup
- Cinnamon1/2 cup
- Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Start by heating the oven to 200º C. Meanwhile, take a large container, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, spices and salt.
- Then add the oil, honey and mix all the ingredients well.
- After that, spread the mixture well in a large non-stick roast preferably.
- Place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the granola is golden, stirring halfway through with a spatula to bake evenly.
- After the baking time, remove from the oven and mix the raisins into the still hot granola. Let cool and serve.
