Homemade hot dog

Seque as salsichas usando um papel absorvente e depois frite-as rapidamente em uma frigideira em fogo médio com um pouco de óleo vegetal. Ao dourar de ambos os lados, desligue o fogo.

Dry the sausages using absorbent paper and then quickly fry them in a skillet over medium heat with a little vegetable oil. When browning on both sides, turn off the heat.

Doure os pães em uma chapa para amolecer o miole e corte-os ao meio. Depois coloque no interior as salsichas e a fatia de queijo.

Brown the buns on a plate to soften the crumb and cut them in half. Then place the sausages and the slice of cheese inside.

Finalize seu cachorro-quente com mostarda a gosto, batata palha e Ketchup e, se preferir, adicione outros ingredientes. Pronto para servir!

Finish your hot dog with mustard to taste, potato straw and ketchup and, if you prefer, add other ingredients. Ready to serve!
