- Cornmeal100 g
- Unleavened Wheat Flour100 g
- Warm water136 g
- paprika to taste
- Salt2 teaspoon
- On a bench, place the cornmeal, flour, paprika and salt. Mix everything until smooth.
- Add the warm water little by little (you may not use it all) until the dough gains a firm but hydrated consistency that you can handle.
- Roll out the dough on the countertop to a thickness that is neither too thin nor too thick.
- Cut the dough into a large rectangle, smoothing the edges.
- Cut the dough into triangles (in the shape of nachos/doritos).
- Put it to fry in a frying pan, it doesn't have to be by immersion. Just fry on one side, then turn and fry on the other.
- Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. And ready! It goes great with guacamole.
