- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt (pinch) to taste
- Squeeze two oranges and reserve the juice. Remember to remove the seeds.
- Cut the third orange into cubes with the peel and pomace and set aside. Also remove the seeds.
- In the blender add the eggs, oil, salt, sliced orange and sugar. Beat until the dough becomes a cream.
- Transfer the cream to a mixer or bowl and gradually add the flour while the dough is beating.
- Add the orange juice to the dough and mix;
- Finally, add the yeast to the dough;
- Grease a hole shape with butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar;
- Transfer the dough to the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- Unmold carefully after cooling;
- Serve it with a delicious coffee ;-)
