- 125 ml of milk, 125 ml of water, 50 ml of oil, 50 grams of organic yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 500 grams of wheat flour 1 tomato in slices, 8 slices cheese of your choice, 8 slices of ham, 8 pieces of meat for hamburgers, 1 egg yolk and oregano.8 kg
- In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients, gradually adding the flour. Cover with a dish towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
- After the rest, divide the dough into 8 equal parts... Open one by one with the help of a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour little by little so it doesn't stick...
- Stuff the dough with the already fried hamburger, a slice of cheese, 1 ham and on top of the tomato..close delicately... Brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the oregano. Bake over medium heat for 30 minutes... (Note) use the stuffing of your preference.
