  3. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough, to make it easier sprinkle some wheat flour on the countertop.
  4. Use a cutter or cup to shape the pastries.
  5. Put the filling of your choice.
  6. Close the pastries with the help of a fork.
  7. Fry in hot oil.
  8. Stuffing suggestions: braised ground beef; shredded chicken with curd; Ham and cheese.
  9. You can use sweet stuffing too, finish by passing in sugar and cinnamon.
