- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Smoked pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Oregano2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the wheat.
- Gradually add the wheat when you notice that the dough is already heavy, transfer to a floured bench
- Knead the dough until it forms a smooth dough, ungluing from the hands and uniform.
- Place in a warm place and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- While the dough rests you prepare the filling. Just cut the pepperoni into slices, cut the onion to taste and leave the cheese separate.
- After the dough rests open with the help of a rolling pin and fill according to your taste. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Then just serve with the oil drizzled on top. Makes 2 large pizzas
