- 1 and a half cup wheat flour1 unit(s)
- Whole milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Butter or olive oil1 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients leaving the yeast to be added at the end.
- Grease a 28 to 30 cm diameter shape with olive oil and spread the dough with a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and spread the topping of your choice. Return to the oven to brown the topping.
