- Pasta
- Place the potatoes on a round pizza pan and mash them with the bottom of a pot or a firm spoon, spreading them out to form the base of the pizza. Water with the olive oil and sprinkle the Fondor. Take to medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for about 20 minutes or until golden. Remove and book.
- Assembly
- Spread the tomato sauce over the Pasta, cover with the cheese, arrange the salami slices and finish with the oregano. Bake again for 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
