- I put all the milk in a pan and took it to the fire until it boils, I added the lemon juice until the milk curdles, I turned off the fire. I strained the carved milk through a sieve to separate the whey from the paste.
- After I strained all the liquid, I seasoned the ricotta with salt and chopped herbs, I greased 2 plastic pots with olive oil and put the dough inside, I took it to the fridge. After chilling, unmold and serve with wholemeal bread toast.
