- Wheat1 kg
- Salt20 g
- Biological yeast20 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Butter50 g
- Sugar30 g
- In a small bowl, mix the yeast with 5 tablespoons of water (from the recipe) and 2 tablespoons of wheat. Let the yeast develop for 10 minutes.
- Mix; wheat, egg, sugar, butter, and yeast. Add water little by little until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Add salt to the dough. Now you will knead for 10 minutes.
- Afterwards, cover with plastic or damp cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape the loaves into the desired size, place on aluminum trays greased with oil. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven, brush with butter to highlight the color and enhance shine.
- Serve. Good petite!!!
