- Milk1 l
- Heat the milk until it starts to form balls around the pan. Turn off the fire. The ideal temperature you will be able to identify when you put your finger and be able to keep it for 1 minute. So add the yogurt to the warm milk and mix well. Place in a bowl with a lid and in a stuffy place (oven/microwave or in a styrofoam box) Let it rest for 12 to 24 hours. After that time, keep it in the fridge for consumption. Use your creativity to consume it with granola, honey, fruits, etc...
