- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder2 g
- Place the butter in a pan over medium heat and bring to melt, removing any foam that forms. Let it cool down well. In a bowl put the eggs and sugar and mix well until you form a cream. Add honey and lemon zest. Mix.
- Add the melted butter, wheat flour and baking powder. Mix all ingredients well. If you have a madeleine mold, just grease it and add the dough. But if you don't have it, you can make it in the form of a cupcake and grease it and put the dough on. Do not put it up to the mouth of the mold. Take to bake for 20 minutes.
