- Wheat Flour380 g
- Oat Flakes80 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Hot Milk60 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Honey60 ml
- Oats2 tablespoon
- Honey to taste
- In a mixer place the wheat flour, oat flakes, salt and dry yeast. In a bowl put the milk and butter and take it to the microwave to heat and melt the butter, put this mixture in the mixer and beat.
- Add the honey and beat a little more, until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until it increases in volume.
- Place in a greased English mold and spread a little honey on the dough and sprinkle with some oat flakes and then bake for 30 minutes. Let cool to serve.
