- In a bowl, put all the ingredients, except the egg yolk and a spoonful of honey, which is to be spread over the bread.
- Mix the dough well, make balls and flatten. Spread the honey mixture with the egg yolk on the bread and place it in a greased mold and put it in the oven to bake until golden.
