- Almond flour (sieve)80 g
- Coconut flour (sieve)20 g
- Xylitol40 g
- Butter (Iced)30 g
- Vanilla (drops)5 g
- 100% cocoa powder5 g
- 50% cocoa powder (optional)5 g
- Cinnamon and Cloves1 to taste
- Royal Powder1 coffee spoon
- Beat everything with a fork, egg, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa and xylitol.
- Then mix with the flours, cold butter and at the end the Royal powder.
- Go kneaded with a fork until all the butter is dissolved, make a ball and wrap it in a film.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes for the dough to firm up and shape.
- Then take the roast to line with parchment paper, make balls of your preference.
- Bake in the oven for +or- 20 minutes (oven at 180 degrees).
- Yield 20 cookies. After taking them out of the oven, let them cool before unmolding.
