- brown sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Honey1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- ground cloves1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- nutmeg1 teaspoon
- sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- milk chocolate200 g
- put the condensed milk in the pressure cooker and cover with water. Cover and cook for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before opening.
- Beat the sugar with the eggs in the mixer. Add the butter and honey and beat to combine.
- Add the cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda and mix.
- Pour into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm baking dish and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool and unmold. Cut in half and add the dulce de leche.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and cover the honey bread. Bake in honey bread pans. Serve immediately.
