- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Purple fig2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Goat boursin type cheese (or cream cheese)6 tablespoon
- Raw Parma ham or jamon serrano.50 g
- Thyme for garnish to taste
- Cut the bread into slices with a finger thickness or 1.5 cm. Toast the bread in the skillet with a little oil.
- Cut the fig in 4 and brown it in a very hot skillet with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of honey. (The skillet is really necessary for the fig to caramelize in contact with the skillet instead of cooking. If it's cold, it cooks and loses structure).
- On the toast place a tablespoon of goat cheese, half a slice of Parma ham. On top place the grilled fig, a small sprig of thyme and a drizzle of honey.
