- In a bowl, place the warm milk, yeast, sugar and butter. Mix well with a spoon. Place the bowl on the planetarium, and beat on speed 2, add the egg and salt and gradually add the wheat flour and beat until the dough is very homogeneous. Then cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- To assemble the Hot Dog, place the barbecue skewer on the sausage. And book. Open the dough with a rolling pin, and cut into ribbons to then pass around the sausage and put it in a greased shape. Sprinkle egg yolk on top and bake until golden brown.
- Note: you can also cut the sausage into 3 parts and pass the dough tape on the pieces and pass the yolk and put sesame on top that is very tasty.
