- a pan, fry the bacon in its own fat until golden. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the meat and sauté for 5 minutes or until the water dries up. Add the tomato, the sauce, the olive, the parsley, salt and pepper and sauté for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, mix and turn off the heat. Cut the buns in half, remove the core and divide the meat between them. Put a little mozzarella on each one and take it to the oven quickly for fixings. Remove, decorate with green smell and serve.
