- Popcorn corn1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Heat a pan and melt a tablespoon of butter.
- Add the corn, stir and cover the pan until it all pops.
- Reserve.
- In the same pan, melt the sugar until caramel forms.
- Add another tablespoon of butter and mix well.
- Turn off the fire.
- Add the baking soda and mix.
- Return the popcorn to the pan and mix very well so that the syrup spreads evenly.
- Let it rest on a tray with baking paper until it cools.
- Enjoy!
