Corte as bisnagas e passe a maionese. Em um refratário faça uma camada com uma parte das bisnagas cortadas no meio. Em seguida acrescente o presunto, a mussarela, o tomate e o requeijão a gosto e cubra com as outras partes das bisnagas.
Coloque no forno por 30 minutos. Sirva em seguida. 

Cut the tubes and spread the mayonnaise. In a refractory, make a layer with a part of the tubes cut in the middle. Then add the ham, mozzarella, tomato and cottage cheese to taste and cover with the other parts of the tubes.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
