- Chickpeas200 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Tahini2 tablespoon
- Roasted Garlic1 unit(s)
- Zaatar1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Smoked paprika1 to taste
- Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours, changing the water if possible.
- Drain the water and cook the chickpeas in water until tender.
- Drain, but reserve some of the cooking water.
- In a blender, place all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Use the cooking water if it is necessary to help to beat, add it little by little.
- Finish with zaatar, olive oil and paprika.
