- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- warm milk250 ml
- Eggs02 unit(s)
- Sugar02 tablespoon
- Margarine02 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar for filling03 tablespoon
- Cinnamon for the filling02 tablespoon

- In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, salt, margarine and milk,
- Add the wheat flour and eggs. Knead the dough well until you get a smooth and soft dough that comes off your hands. If needed, add more flour to this point.
- Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in volume for at least 40 minutes.
- After that time, open the dough in a rectangular shape, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon; then roll up like a swiss roll.
- Cut thick slices 2 fingers wide, place in a greased shape and sprinkled with wheat and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Then brush the buns with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
