- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Natural unsweetened yogurt1/3 cup
- Dry yeast5 g
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Warm water1/4 cup
- Dissolve the yeast in slightly warm water.
- Add the yogurt, yeast dissolved in water, sugar, salt and oil to the flour. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Knead for 10 min. and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 4 pieces and open discs with the rolling pin on a base sprinkled with flour.
- Place one open piece at a time in a very hot skillet. No need to grease. Leave a few minutes and turn.
- Serve golden. You can put olive oil with braised garlic on top or ghee butter.
