- Gum for hydrated tapioca1 cup
- grated cheese1/2 cup
- Always on low heat.
- Spread the grated cheese on the skillet.
- When it starts to melt, put the gum on top.
- Shake the pan from side to side and when the bottom comes off.
- Turn over and wait 1 minute.
- Eat while still hot.
- It's spectacularly good!!!!
