- Italian baguette or French bread (2 stale)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste1 to taste
- Cut the baguette into 4 slices diagonally. The avocado or avocado in 4 and then before removing the skin cut only the pulp into strips and remove from the skin.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and season with olive oil and salt and oregano if you like.
- Place the slices of bread in the oven to brown with a drizzle of olive oil.
