- Buffalo mozzarella in blanket1 unit(s)
- Arugula4 cup
- Sun-dried tomato300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spread the mozzarella blanket on a board.
- Place a layer of arugula over the mozzarella and season with salt and olive oil.
- Place the sun-dried tomatoes on top of the arugula.
- Add another layer of arugula and season once more with olive oil and salt.
- Roll the mozzarella blanket over the arugula and sun-dried tomato layers, as if it were a rocambole.
- Once the mozzarella “rocambole” is made, cut into slices with a thickness of about 1 finger.
- Place in a refractory and serve.
- Makes approximately 14 slices, which serve 2 people very well (2 servings).
