- Water2 cup
- Orange2 unit(s)
- Large mango1 unit(s)
- Sugar or sweetener to taste
- Sanitize the fruits.
- Cut the mango into pieces, discarding the core. Remove the shell, if you prefer. But it contains most of the vitamins ;)
- Remove the peel and pits from the orange. Use bagasse, a source of fiber.
- Put everything in the blender and beat for 1 min. Strain if you prefer.
