Chicken


Em uma tigela misture o trigo, sal, açafrão, páprica, fermento e a maisena, misture.



In a bowl mix the wheat, salt, turmeric, paprika, yeast and cornstarch, mix.


Tempere o frango com sal, pimenta e páprica doce.


Season the chicken with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.


Dívida as 500gr do trigo em 2 tigelas, em uma delas adicione 2ovos e água até a massa ficar líquida.


Divide the 500gr of wheat into 2 bowls, in one of them add 2 eggs and water until the dough is liquid.


Mergulhe o frango na massa líquida, escorra e passe na outra metade seca. 
Frite a 180º.

Dip the chicken in the liquid mass, drain and coat in the other dry half.
Fry at 180º.
