- Hydrate the wheat with boiling water and let it cool. As soon as it is cold, mix the meat, then the eggs and add the seasonings, finally the lemon juice. Make the shape you prefer and fry in hot oil. Serve with lemon and your favorite drink. To freeze, the tip is to arrange in the mold and between one layer and another of kibes, add plastic film so it is not difficult when taking it out to store in bags.
