- Ground Beef500 g

- Mint20 g
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Green Smell30 g
- Salt, Black Pepper and Chimichurri to taste
- Catupiry100 g
- Hot Water300 ml
- In a bowl put the wheat flour and hot water and leave for 30 minutes to hydrate. When the flour has absorbed all the water, you can add the ground beef.
- Then add the egg, the diced onion, parsley, mint, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and Chimichurri. Mix everything and book.
- Place several drops of catupiry on a plate and place in the freezer for 20 minutes, until firm.
- Take some dough and make a disk, put the catupiry and close and make kibbeh. Fry with hot oil. Can serve with lemon.
