  • Wheat for kibbeh500 g
  • Ground beef350 g
  • Chopped Mint1/2 cup
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. After the kibbeh has been soaked in water for eight hours, drain it well.
  2. Add the meat, garlic, mint, onion and salt.
  3. Mix with your hands until smooth.
  4. Make balls.
  5. Place in the fridge for twenty minutes before frying. Or freeze.
  6. Fry in hot oil.
