- hot water1 cup
- Ground beef300 g

- Crushed garlic2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Syrian pepper1 teaspoon
- 1° Mix the kibbeh flour with the hot water and leave it for about 30 minutes to hydrate
- 2° When the flour absorbs all the water and becomes dry, place it in a bowl with the meat, mint, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
- 3° Mix everything very well, as if you were kneading bread, and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 4° Mold the kibe and fry in hot oil until golden.
