- Wheat for Kibe250 g
- Ground beef250 g
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- bunch of mint1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Syrian pepper to taste
- Let the wheat for Kibe soak in 1 liter of water until hydrated and then remove the excess water with the help of a sieve.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Shape the kibes and freeze for two hours.
- Brush the kibes with oil and place in an airfryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
