- Ground beef400 g

- Mint1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Hot water2 cup
- grated mozzarella200 g
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Start by soaking the flour in 2 cups of hot water.
- After that, mix the ground beef, grated onion, seasonings and chopped mint.
- Grease a refractory with oil and place half of the dough.
- Add the stuffing: grated mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Cover with the rest of the dough, make lines and finish with olive oil.
- Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a salad of leaves.
